What is CLOUDKEY?

• CLOUDKEY is your e-mail username and password which you will use to access all our services.

What is my CLOUDKEY username?

• Your username is the email address you are assigned example john.smith@beyond4.edu.my or BC123456@mail.beyond4.edu.my

What is my CloudKey password?

• Your default CLOUDKEY password is normally email to your registered email account.
• Can’t find it? Email assist@beyond4.edu.my to retrieve it.

Where can I use the CloudKey to login?

• Moodle Learning Management System (LMS)
• Student Information System (SIS)
• Office 365
• University’s e-mail
• Lab computers (Coming Soon)
• Wireless@BEYOND4 (Coming Soon)

How to reset/recover my CloudKey Password?
